ARG TRAVELLERS LLC – FEDGE TRAVEL
Terms and Conditions
This document sets forth the General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms") governing the booking and purchase of tourism services and excursions provided by ARG TRAVELLERS LLC – FEDGE TRAVEL (hereinafter, the "Agency") through its website, direct sales channels, or authorized representatives.
By making a reservation or submitting a payment, the customer (hereinafter, the "Passenger" or "Customer") expressly and unconditionally accepts all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
1. Nature of the Services
ARG TRAVELLERS LLC – FEDGE TRAVEL is a travel agency specializing in inbound tourism in the Republic of Argentina. The Agency acts solely as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers, including but not limited to hotels, transportation companies, local guides, excursion operators, restaurants, and other tourism-related providers.
2. Reservations and Payments
Reservation Confirmation:
All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking and will be considered confirmed only upon issuance of the corresponding booking confirmation and receipt of the required payment.
Currency:
All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Payment Schedule:

Deposit: A deposit representing a percentage of the total amount (as specified in the quotation) is required at the time of booking.

Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than fifteen (15) days prior to the commencement of the services.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and digital payment platforms authorized by the Agency.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted to the Agency in writing.
Refund eligibility and the amount refundable, if applicable, will be determined based on:

the time remaining before the travel start date; and

the cancellation policies of the respective service providers.
Important Notice:
Certain services, including domestic flights, cruises, luxury hotels, and promotional rates, may be subject to strict non-refundable cancellation policies imposed by the respective suppliers. Such policies shall prevail over these Terms and will be disclosed in the travel quotation.
4. Changes and Modifications
Requested by the Passenger:
Any changes to travel dates, itinerary, or passenger information are subject to availability and may incur rebooking fees, fare differences, or administrative charges.
Requested by the Agency:
The Agency reserves the right to modify the order of the itinerary, suspend, or alter scheduled activities due to operational, safety, weather-related, or force majeure circumstances. Whenever possible, the Agency will provide equivalent alternative arrangements.
5. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements
The Passenger is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documentation, including:

A valid passport with at least six (6) months of validity from the date of entry into Argentina;

Any required entry visas based on the Passenger's nationality;

Health certificates or vaccination records if required by local or national authorities.
Important:
The Agency shall not be liable for denied entry, travel delays, or inability to travel resulting from the Passenger's failure to comply with immigration or entry requirements.
6. Travel Insurance and Medical Assistance
The Agency strongly recommends that every Passenger purchase comprehensive Travel and Medical Insurance covering, at a minimum:

Medical expenses and hospitalization due to illness or accident;

Emergency evacuation and repatriation;

Trip cancellation and interruption;
-
Lost, stolen, or delayed baggage.
The Agency assumes no responsibility for medical expenses, emergencies, or personal losses incurred during the trip.
7. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure
Third-Party Service Providers:
The Agency shall not be liable for damages, losses, theft, delays, injuries, or accidents caused by the negligence or actions of third-party providers, including airlines, hotels, transportation companies, or other suppliers.
Force Majeure:
The Agency shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, modifications, or failures to perform resulting from force majeure or events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, earthquakes, labor strikes, airline cancellations, government actions, epidemics, or pandemics.
8. Baggage and Personal Belongings
Passengers are solely responsible for the care and supervision of their luggage and personal belongings.
The Agency shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of baggage or personal property during transportation, excursions, or other travel services.
9. Personal Data Protection
In accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326, ARG TRAVELLERS LLC – FEDGE TRAVEL guarantees that all personal information provided by the Customer will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for the administration, booking, and provision of the requested travel services.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Argentina.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the services provided by the Agency shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ordinary Commercial Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and the parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction or venue to which they may otherwise be entitled.
